How about enjoying a different Sunday, fun and free? Here, in Ceará, we have a beautiful Botanical Park located 15km from Fortaleza. You get there going through the José Aragão and Albuquerque road, better known as CE 090, near of the Federal Police Station (located at the beginning of the state highway Ce 085, better known like “estruturante”), towards the beaches of the West coast. On Sundays, including holidays, the “Projeto Viva o Parque”, a partnership between the Secretariat of the Environment and the Government of the State of Ceará, carries out several activities in the Botanical Park of Ceará. Hey, there! Are you planning to visit Fortaleza? Do you want to know how to take advantage of this tourist town? So, today I’m going to tell you one of the best things that you must do in Fortaleza. It’s to have a boat trip. I bet you that it won’t disappoint you. Keep reading and learn when to go, what you are going to find, how to save money with the tickets, and so on. WHAT’S IT? Fortaleza’s boat trip is one of my favorites sightseeings in Fortaleza. It takes place in Beira Mar Avenue, the most famous tourist area in our beloved city with daily departures. From Monday to Friday: depart at 4 pm, return at 6 pm; From Saturday to Sunday: depart at 10 am, return 12am and depart at 4 pm, return at 6 pm. It runs for two hours in the stunning Fortaleza coastline. That’s really beautiful to see the city from that angle. I have had both experiences, in the morning and in the late afternoon.
